We had reported about Adobe Stock extending their initial offer by adding stock footage into their selection which can be accessed directly from within their Creative Cloud programs like Adobe Premiere oder After Effects. Now this offer was once again improved by also including 4k video material supplied by contributors from around the world.
4k footage at Adobe Stock for maximum value
As the number of devices with abilities to display content far beyond the HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixel) is growing rapidly, it is expected that demand for ultra high resolution videos is growing. With their addition of 4k content to the Adobe Stock platform, such content now is available to customers using the Creative Cloud platform. Video can easily be loaded, integrated and licensed within the CC library of each user. In their official announcement claims, that more than 100,000 video clips are available in 4k resolution at the moment.
Steps how to see the 4k Content at Adobe Stock:

2.) Put in your keyword and pick “Video”
3.) Open the filter “Search Tools” and pick “4K video only”
Double the Resolution
4k offers more than double the width and height in resolution compared to HD which not only allows a higher quality in the end product but also offers far more leeway to edit the content if the target resolution is HD. Even cropping or additional panning moves can be made from a native 4k clip when being used in an HD video project.
The 4k video content is being licensed with a perpetual royalty free license for $199 each, compared to the $79 for any stock footage in HD resolution.
Adobe has published a selection of five Ultra HD or 4k footage clips on Youtube:
