New Canva Pro: 60 Million+ Media Assets and Multiple Design Tools
In what constitutes the company’s largest content update to date, they have officially released a total of 60 million curated photos into Canva Pro library. A move that is obviously linked to their recent acquisition of large image banks like Pexels and Pixabay.
Keeping in mind said the library also includes 3.5 million graphics, 60,000 templates, 21,000 videos and 1,000 fonts, among other resources, you get just how robust a stock media offer this service has! For more details on the service, do check out our Canva Pro review!
Not to mention Canva Pro is thought as a well-rounded solution for businesses, and so it includes full access to Canva Editor –their flagship, user-friendly graphic design tool- plus key marketing and design features like a Brand Kit manager, a Publishing tool, a Magic Resizer function, a Background Removal trick, and more.
The best of it all is that the upgrade did not add a single penny in terms of cost: you get unlimited access all the newly added files to use in your designs (as many as you want!) as well as all the other Canva Pro features, for a flat subscription fee:
Canva Pro Monthly | Canva Pro Yearly |
---|---|
$13.95 | $9.95 (billed annually |
This makes Canva Pro one of the lowest-priced stock media and graphic design services around, some said as much as 10x cheaper than other premium providers!
Try Canva Pro for just $9.95 a Month!
Want to test the waters before paying? No problem! Use the Canva Pro Free Trial to get one month of Canva Pro for free!
You Can Also Try Canva for Free
If you can't fork out any money for graphics right now, you can still benefit from Canva as they still provide free –albeit limited– access to the Canva platform. The image editor, with its drag-and-drop tools and simple resizing and exporting, is available to all.
However, with a free Canva account, you only access a very modest fraction of all the available resources (photos, templates, graphics, storage). On the bright side, the basic functionality is still sleek and very useful, and you can use Canva for free forever if you wish.
It's a good option to test the waters with Canva's features and to solve some visual needs when you can't quite spend on premium solutions.
A Welcomed Service Update for Small Businesses
The timing in Canva’s content update could not be better. They know in the times we’re going through, small businesses and content creatives are looking for ways to reduce costs of graphic design and visuals.
By adding such a large amount of premium stock photos to their subscription-based product they are bringing a lot of value for small and medium-sized companies that use Canva Pro to address their marketing efforts.
This service eliminates the need to subscribe to multiple services and to pay for individual licenses for content, giving you all the materials and tools to design and send out visuals for less than 10 bucks a month!
If you haven’t before, now is definitely the time to try Canva Pro!

Hi. I love Canva. Though one thing I do not know and didn’t find an answer to. when you create a design in Canva, do you have the rights to resale your created and downloaded item? Thanks
Hi Ales, according to the Canva Pro License “To obtain the right to use any Canva Design pursuant to an Extended License Agreement, you must license all the Stock Media in your Design under the applicable Extended License.” Which you can find here: https://about.canva.com/license-agreements/multi-use/
This means you would need to contact Canva to obtain an extended license for this reselling usage.
